About Alternatives Financial Services

Sally is the CEO of Alternatives Financial Services, LLC and provides Professional Fiduciary services for our clients. Sally has been a Professional Fiduciary since 2001 when she opened Alternatives Financial Services, LLC. She has been a nurse since 1979, and has extensive experience in geriatric care, home care, Hospice and inpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Ms. Hirsh specializes in providing financial fiduciary services for clients with mental health diagnosis. In addition, she has extensive business skills and has post graduate education in several therapeutic counseling approaches, which allow her to effectively work with clients and families. Sally enjoys working collaboratively to assist clients and family’s to make financial decision and supports them and their families to participate as they are able.Sally’s interests include helping others to succeed; organic gardening & farming; knitting, spinning and fiber arts.
