Estate Planning
Estate planning is your opportunity to tell your family what your wishes are at a time when you are able to do so. Failure to estate plan may mean you loose your voice and your wishes are not honored. Use your voice and plan while you may so that your family or your appointed fiduciary will carry out your wishes.
We accept appointments in estate planning documents as the primary fiduciary or as a successor fiduciary. This provides security and peace of mind to insure your wishes are followed and there is a plan in case an appointee is unable to serve. There are no charges once your estate plan case is set up. We make contact with you annually to check in and you may change your estate plan at any time you need to do so.
