Sally Hirsh, CPFT, CPFC
Sally is the CEO of Alternatives Financial Services, LLC and provides Professional Fiduciary services for our clients. Sally has been a Professional Fiduciary since 2001 when she opened Alternatives Financial Services, LLC. She has been a nurse since 1979, and has extensive experience in geriatric care, home care, Hospice and inpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Ms. Hirsh specializes in providing financial fiduciary services for clients with mental health diagnosis. In addition, she has extensive business skills and has post graduate education in several therapeutic counseling approaches, which allow her to effectively work with clients and families. Sally enjoys working collaboratively to assist clients and family’s to make financial decision and supports them and their families to participate as they are able.Sally’s interests include helping others to succeed; organic gardening & farming; knitting, spinning and fiber arts;


 

Earl Koster
Earl Koster
Earl Koster is a Financial Case Manager at Alternatives Financial Services, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing client home safety, client vehicle maintenance, renewal of client identification documents, obtaining birth and marriage certificates, and all maintenance related to protecting clients assets. Mr. Koster transports clients to and from appointments if needed. He is a Licensed Notary Public with the State of Colorado. After attending Kansas City College of Automation, he spent 10 years at the University of Colorado Computer Center in Boulder, Colorado in the operations department functioning as an assistant shift leader. He left CU to begin a new career at Autotrol Corporation where subsequently along with others started Graftek, a CAD/CAM company, as Operations Manager. 9 years later, he left Graftek to become Manufacturing Manager with Duplication Systems, Inc., building, testing, shipping and installing PC based data duplication equipment at customer locations. He enjoy’s camping, fishing, traveling & watching Bronco’s Football with his wife, and their 4, four pawed children, Kaia, Kodiak, Doodle and Tiger.


 

Nicole Buckles

Nicole Buckles has been with Alternatives since 2011 and is currently working in the position of Office Manager, Senior Financial Case Manager and Bookkeeper. In the past, Ms. Buckles has provided services at Alternatives as an office coordinator and administrative assistant. Nicole has a background in paralegal studies and has previously worked for attorneys at a correctional healthcare company. Before becoming a paralegal Nicole worked in the customer service industry. Nicole received her degree in Paralegal Studies from Front Range Community College in 2009. Currently, Nicole is attending school for her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She resides with her husband, Michael, and her daughter, Veronica. Nicole’s hobbies include reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Sadee Franklin
BOOKKEEPER
Sadee Franklin is a new addition to Alternatives. Sadee recently graduated from IBMC College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She achieved the high honor of graduating Alpha Beta Kappa, Honor Society. Previously, Sadee has worked in the customer service and care industry performing various tasks. Currently, Sadee manages a bookkeeping caseload with Alternatives. Ms. Franklin aspires to return to school to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Sadee currently resides with her fiancé and their dog, Holly. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and visiting all of the beautiful places Colorado has to offer.


 

Jameson Kellinger
Jameson Kellinger
Jameson Kellinger has been with Alternatives since 2013 and serves as the Administrative Assistant for Alternatives. He was recently promoted to Office Coordinator due to outstanding customer support and organization skills. He preforms all administrative and office organizational duties for our clients. Jameson will be the first contact when you call our office. Mr.Kellinger assists the team by coordinating schedules, making appointments and answering phones. He manages most client document processing and tracks client valuables that are in the custody of our team. Mr. Kellinger assists with other client related tasks to keep costs down and our team on track. Mr. Kellinger enjoys reading, fishing, photography and writing.
